Each spring, Evangelical Christian School (ECS) holds an Annual dinner auction which helps fund the
needs of our school that directly impacts the educational process of our students.

This year the “ECS Winter Wonderland” extravaganza dinner and auction will be held in the
gym on Saturday, March 3rd, 2012, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The mission of ECS is to expand God’s Kingdom from preschool to the 12th grade. This cannot
be accomplished without the generosity and support of friends, families, and businesses in our
community. The purpose of this letter is to ask for your support of ECS through this auction.

We ask that you prayerfully consider making a donation to this worthwhile cause. If you feel led to
help ECS, you may donate in one of the following ways: Providing merchandise, a service(s), a gift
certificate(s), or any monetary donation. No donation is too small.

If you are able to donate, you may send your donation to the address below. Should you decide to
write a check please make it out to Evangelical Christian School and write “AUCTION” on the memo
line. Remember, your gift is tax-deductible.

If you are interested in attending the Auction Dinner, please stop by the front desk at the Early
Education Center or the Main School to buy your tickets. You might also want to consider having
your business purchase an entire table. Contact Mrs. Angie Gritton, our auction coordinator, to ensure
availability and learn what bonuses accompany this type of reservation. Come join us for a night of
fun, fellowship and great food.

This year we will be offering child care at the daycare provided by our skilled and experienced
daycare staff. Pre-registration is required. No drop in childcare will be available. Registration forms
can be picked up at the front desk of the daycare or the Main School office.
