ECS Teacher honored with scholarship
Mrs. Scoone has received a scholarship to attend a 5 day seminar on the
Constitution. It will be held at Mount Vernon, June 15-19. The study
will focus on the formation of the Constitution through the eyes of
Washington and Madison and how their friendship help to create this historical
document.
