Parents, it is that time of year again. The 6th Annual Fall Festival here at ECS.
The festival will be on November 5th from 3-6 P.M. on and around the ECS campus.
We will have a variety of great activities for the entire family to enjoy ranging from carnival
games, the dog show, goldfish, hayrides, snow cones, popcorn, funnel cakes, cotton candy, and
bounce houses. We will be adding 2 great new events: A MINUTE TO WIN IT and THE AMAZING
RACE competition.

We are looking for sponsors, both corporate and families to help offset the cost of this event.
Please remember that this is a fun day with all of the proceeds going directly to the classrooms!
We have sponsorship levels of every size. There is a list attached. Last year we had over 1500
in attendance. What a great marketing investment!

We have vendor booths available. So whether you have crafts or other wares to sell or would
like to promote your business please consider having a booth. This is a great way to let ECS
parents know what you have to offer. Booth forms are attached.
We are also looking for candy PRIZES. Last year the spin and win game went through over 800
alone. Prizes might include small toys, pencils, gift certificates, kid meal coupons, entry
coupons, etc. We are also having candy drives in the upper school. Please send them in now so
that we can get them ready for redeployment at the event.

Attached is a flyer that was designed by -3- 6th grade ECS computer students for the event.
They did a GREAT job! Please feel free to print and post in your business or church. We are
really looking to showcase our campus to the community. So invite all of your friends. If you
would like a poster to hang, please contact me and we will get one to you right away.
Each homeroom is involved in the fall festival and our students really look forward to this fun
