Fine Arts
ECS is pleased to welcome a new member to it's family, Tom Goodlet. Tom will serve as the head of the Fine Arts Department with general oversight of the music, art and drama divisions. He will be giving private lessons in voice, piano and string instruments, teaching the High School Drama class as well as serving as director of the Spring Musical.
Tom has been a resident of Fort Myers since 2002 during which time he has served as Director of Creative and Technical Arts at the First Christian Church as well as General Manager of the Southwest Florida Youth Orchestra. Before that he was the Director of Music and Drama at the Northside Christian Church in Yorktown, VA. He has written and had published musical arrangements by Word Music, Standard Publishing and Pilot House Publications
It is Mr. Goodlet's desire to not only take the ECS Fine Arts Program to a higher plane of accomplishment but to build and direct a student symphony orchestra.
