The Development Department consists of these main areas:
 
Lisa Spearman’s role is to raise philanthropic support for continued growth and capital improvements. Enhance communication between the school and parents. Unify and coordinate public relations to demonstrate ECS’s impact on the community and Christian faith.
 
Bonnie Casey is the Director of Grandparent and Alumni relations. She is responsible for the Alumni communications and Grandparent Coordination.
 
There are specific areas that we are expanding our focus: Technology, Programmatic Enhancements, Scholarship and Financial Assistance, and Facilities and Maintenance needs.
